Before you write in

Answers to what most people ask first.

  • 01

    How fast do you reply?

Within one business day, Mon–Fri. A quote needs your track count, runtime, and cadence — send those and you'll usually have a number and a proposed slot in the same reply.

  • 02

    What format should I send?

Raw multitrack — WAV or FLAC, one file per speaker, 48kHz preferred. Please don't send a pre-mixed export; separate stems are what let us gate, de-noise, and level-match each voice cleanly.

  • 03

Do I have to book a whole season?

No. Every episode is quoted and invoiced on its own, and you approve the master before the invoice sends. Send one episode first — the Season Retainer is there only when the weekly cadence earns it.

  • 04

When can I visit the studio?

By appointment, Mon–Fri, 10am–6pm PT at 5018 Torrance Blvd. Most sessions run remotely over an upload, but if you'd rather track in the room, call ahead and we'll hold time.
